First two chapters are nearly ready

So I've managed to finish the introduction and the first chapter .  Doing a quick review I've found that it may make sense to break up the first chapter into two separate chapters.  I have been fighting with the generation of a glossary for the last 2 days, so I'm giving up on that right now.  The font has been updated, the layout looks good, and now it's just a question of cleaning up some grammar and ensuring all the content is half-decent.  Once that's done, I'll upload it to the IndieGoGo site (hopefully by Friday) and then post a video shortly thereafter.
